HAPPY HOUR ONLINE ORDER RESTRICTIONS
Orders placed after 9AM no longer qualify for the Happy Hour Discount. Happy Hour deliveries cannot be held until end of day. Orders placed between 6AM-9AM will be sent out for delivery at the next available delivery time. If nobody is available during initial delivery attempt, the Happy Hour discount will be removed at next attempt at delivery. No advance orders or late orders will be added to the delivery schedule. Curbside and Pick-up orders need to be placed by 9AM and picked up by 9:30AM to qualify. Happy Hour does not apply to sale items and specially priced items such as; Shango Easy, Socials, Powered by Shango brands, Lavi and bundles.
HOME DELIVERY
Orders may be placed at any time, except from 9pm-Midnight. Deliveries begin at 6am Daily. Delivery payment accepted is CASH or DEBIT ONLY. Orders are COMPLETED once the Driver gets back to Shango and closes out the ticket. All accepted orders will be delivered that same day, within 1-6 hours Any orders placed after Midnight will be processed for deliveries starting at 6am. Delivery drivers wear body cams for safety- no information or images are saved unless an incident occurs. We will text you with delivery ETAs and updates. Deliveries are $50 minimum with a delivery fee of $10 for orders $50-$74.99; $5 for order $75-$99.99; FREE for order $100+! (Fees based on total order fee pre tax/post discount.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Order and pick up 24/7. Pickup times vary between 15-45 minutes. You should receive a confirmation, preparing and Ready for pick up text. If you do not receive a text, give us a call and we will confirm your order is ready. When you arrive, your order will be available at Check In. In-store payment accepted includes CASH, debit, and Hypur. ATMs are also available. Any orders that have not been picked up within 12 hours from the order being confirmed will be cancelled.
CURBSIDE PICKUP
Curbside Pickup hours are Sun-Wed: 6am – 1am and Thurs-Sat: 6am – 2am. Orders should be ready 15-45 min. Our order site is experiencing some technical issues and may not text when your order is ready, please feel free to call and select reception. When you arrive, stay in your car. If you are on a motorcycle, please remove your helmet for the transaction. See Curbside Pickup Rules on the Shango Las Vegas Location page for details. Curbside pickup orders have a $40 minimum. Curbside payment accepted is CASH or debit. Any orders that have not been picked up within 12 hours from the order being confirmed will be cancelled.
IN-STORE SHOPPING
In-store shopping hours are 24 Hours ALL week. In-store payment accepted includes CASH, debit and Hypur. We have ATMs also available.
